By accessing this website or booking a consultation, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

  • You are accessing services from within the United Kingdom

4. Booking & Payment

4.1 Online Booking

Appointments may be booked via the website.

All consultations are conducted in person only at our Wolverhampton clinic.

4.2 Payment Method

Payments are processed via PayPal.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

By booking, you agree to the following refund structure:

5.1 Patient Cancellation

  • 100% refund if cancelled with at least 5 working days’ notice

  • 50% refund if cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice

  • No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time

  • 50% refund in case of non-attendance

5.2 Clinical Unsuitability

If following clinical assessment you are deemed unsuitable for weight management treatment:

  • 50% of consultation fee is refundable

This reflects professional time, review of records, and clinical assessment already undertaken.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

6. Eligibility & Identity Verification

You must:

  • Be aged between 18 and 75

  • Provide valid photographic ID

  • Provide accurate medical history

  • Consent to clinical assessment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if identity cannot be verified or information is incomplete or misleading.

Providing false or misleading information may result in refusal of treatment without refund.

7. Prescription Policy

Following clinical assessment, we may prescribe (where clinically appropriate):

  • Semaglutide

  • Liraglutide

  • Naltrexone/Bupropion (e.g., Mysimba)

  • Tirzepatide

  • Any future weight-loss medicines authorised by the MHRA

Prescription is at the sole clinical discretion of the prescribing clinician.

Booking a consultation does not guarantee prescription.

All prescribing follows UK regulatory standards and MHRA authorisation requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Website content is provided “as is”

  • We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • We are not responsible for third-party payment platform errors (e.g., PayPal)

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud where prohibited by law.
