How It Works 

A structured, clinically informed approach to personal training.

Clinical Assessment

This structured 60-minute assessment includes a detailed review of your medical history and current medications, completion of the PAR-Q+ health screening, and comprehensive baseline clinical measurements, including: 

  • Blood pressure (mmHg)

  • Pulse (BPM

  • Kardia ECG 

  • Oxygen saturation (%)

  • Body composition analysis

  • Waist circumference (cm)

  • Basal metabolic rate

Optional Advanced Testing (£10 per test)
HbA1c • Lipid Profile • Kidney Function (eGFR)

SMART Goal Planning

  • Clear, measurable goals are established using the SMART framework.

  • Your training structure is built around defined outcomes — not guesswork.

  • Programme intensity and frequency are tailored to your needs.

Personalised Training & Monitoring

Recommended structure:

  • Two 30-minute sessions per week

  • Progress reviewed at 4 weeks, then every 12 weeks.

  • Clinical measurements are repeated at every to monitor progress and adjust the plan accordingly.
